20. The AOI references volumetric modular, hybrid, and Kit of Parts methodologies. Please confirm that masstimber (CLT/glulam) kit-of-parts and panelized hybrid systems, manufactured off-site and assembled on-site, qualify as Industrialized Construction methodologies for purposes of this AOI. We have completed all of these types, including volumetric, but would like to know which to highlight. A: These systems do qualify. Note that vendors are not limited to the specific Industrialized Construction methodologies listed.
21. Under Evaluation Criterion 1, the alternative experience path references completed Child Development Centers, Elementary Schools, or other institutional IC projects exceeding 25,000 SF each. Will completed institutional IC projects located outside the United States be considered toward this requirement when the proposed team member’s role on those projects is documented? A: Yes. Completed institutional IC projects located outside the United States will be considered as relevant experience, provided they otherwise meet the requirements of Evaluation Criteria 1. 22. May a single IC manufacturer be identified as a team member on white papers submitted by more than one vendor team under this AOI?
A: Yes. An IC manufacturer may participate as a team member on white papers submitted by multiple vendor teams under this AOI.
23. For purposes of the Pre-Manufactured Value estimate, please confirm whether off-site fabrication of structural components (panels, cassettes, pre-cut framing) counts toward PMV, or whether PMV is intended to capture only volumetric or fully finished assemblies. A: Off-site fabrication of structural components will count towards the PMV.

24. Will the Government consider providing a one- to two-week extension to the current white paper submission
