10. DESCRIPTION OF AGREEMENT:

The contractor shall furnish Financial & Performance Audit Services as described herein, at the prices shown in the approved price list to any Federal Government Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI). This agreement will be for the basic period of one (1) year(s). Option years shall not exceed four (4) year(s), so that the total duration of this agreement shall not exceed five (5) years from the date of its inception. Orders maybe placed against this agreement from xx 2026 through xx 2027. The Contractor under the terms of this agreement will fill orders, which are placed against this contract before its termination date.

11. EXTENT OF OBLIGATION:
