SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS FOR

Estes Janitorial Service
The Bureau of Reclamation, Eastern Colorado Area Office (ECAO), is seeking sources to support the completion of janitorial services for the Estes and Marys Lake Powerplants, located in Estes Park, Colorado.

BIDS and does not constitute any commitment by the Government. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. All interested sources must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to the sources sought notice. The information obtained may be used for future solicitation.

BACKGROUND:

The performance requirement for this acquisition is to perform janitorial/custodial services on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual bases as indicated below: Location

The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, and supervision to satisfactorily perform janitorial services as specified.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:

The Government anticipates the term of the contract shall be from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2028, plus four 1-year option periods. Reclamation will exercise such option periods at the Government’s discretion.

NORMAL PERFORMANCE HOURS:

Services are to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.(MT), Monday through Thursday, holidays excluded.
