1.0. PURPOSE, BACKGROUND & SCOPE

1.1. Purpose

This is a non-personal services requirement to provide the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Human Resources Management (HRM) II Services. The purpose of this contract is to obtain the full range of performance capabilities in support of NGA’s Human Development Directorate (HD). The Contractor shall provide all personnel with TS-cleared staff and SCI eligible at the time of security eligibility deadline, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to successfully perform on-site contracting services for NGA HRM II as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).

1.2. Background

HRM II is focused on NGA’s most important resource – its people, an estimated 8,500 personnel to include Government and military employees. It encourages a holistic approach by encapsulating the end-to-end processes involved with managing people’s resources in the organization, from recruitment to retirement and everything in between.
