A site visit has been scheduled for October 30, 2026 at 1:00 pm Mountain Time. Interested vendors shall meet the COR at the Swan Lake Ranger District Office located at 200 Ranger Station Rd, Bigfork, MT 59911 at the scheduled time. Vendors are not required to submit any information to attend the site visit, but they will be asked to fill out an attendance sheet (Company Name, Employee Name, Phone Number, and Email Address). Questions shall be submitted via email to [email protected] and are due no later than November 4, 2026, at 1:00 PM Mountain Time. Answers will be posted on or around November 9, 2026 1:00 pm Mountain Time. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email.
This solicitation closes on November 12, 2026 at 1:00 PM Mountain Time. See 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Nov 2025) for instructions. Submit quotes via email to CO, Chris Hansen at [email protected].

AT A MINIMUM, QUOTERS SHALL SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WITH

THEIR RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION:

1. SF-1449, Sign and date boxes 17a and 30a, 30b & 30c. (See Attachment 2). 2. Schedule of Items (including Quoter’s Company Information) (See Attachment 4). 3. Any SF-30 Solicitation Amendment that may be issued. 4. Technical Response as Identified in Evaluation Criteria and Basis for Award, Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Price (See Pages 11-13) 5. Past Performance Datasheet (See Attachment 5)
6. Team Partner Consent Form (See Attachment 6)
7. Biobased Product List (See Attachment 7)
