(a) This is a competitive fair opportunity selection conducted In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 16.507(a)(1). Orders placed under FAR 16.505 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts are not subject to the policies in FAR 15.2 and FAR 15.3.
