Recommended repairs - all units (quantities exclude those already required above), these are repairs I would make if I were bidding and carrying a one year warranty on the equipment. Recommending replacement of all filter driers and TXVs while the systems are down for leak checks, new filters, belts, humidifier make-up valves, and humidifier lamps, new drain hoses throughout, and addition of Vapure humidifier treatment. I would also consider upgrading controls from iCOM with monochrome displays to iCOM2 with 7" touch displays. Estimated refrigerant required is probably in the ballpark of 475500 lbs. R-407C to fully charge all 8 circuits, oil amounts may need to be adjusted once full charge is known.
