Attachment 32 SCLS Compliance Certification
The Offeror certifies that the proposed pricing and proposed Fully Burdened in Section J Attachment 02 Pricing Schedule and Surge FFP NTE Rates and in Section J Attachment 31 SCLS Compliance for all CBA-covered classifications (Armed Security Officer, Lieutenant, Computer Operator) are fully compliant with, and strictly adhere to, the mandatory minimum economic baselines dictated by the Collective Bargaining Agreements provided in Section J Attachments 25 and 26.
The Offeror acknowledges that the detailed mathematical buildup spreadsheets validating this compliance is a post-award deliverable due within 60 days of contract award via Attachment 33 SCLS FFP Buildup in accordance with Contract Clause B.5 Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Buildup For CLINs X001 - X003 and X011 X016. The Offeror acknowledges that, as compliance with labor rules, laws, and regulations is the responsibility of the Offeror, the contractor will not be entitled to an equitable adjustment or price adjustment if FFP buildup errors are discovered as a result of postaward submission of Attachment 33.
