2018 ASBESTOS REINSPECTION REPORT

1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On October 29-30 and December 10-12, 2018, Castle Hill Associates, LLC was contracted by the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to perform asbestos re-inspections of 14 buildings on the site of the Danville VA Medical Center in Danville, IL. The survey was performed as part of the VA Project Number VA-550-18-106 under Contract Number 36C25218P5649. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) issued by the VA defined the scope of work for the asbestos survey. The buildings that were surveyed as part of this project included:

The inspection was conducted by Brett Brumbaugh and Sam Ansara. The project manager was Mr. Brumbaugh who has been conducting asbestos surveys, sampling, and consulting work since 1987 and is licensed in the State of Illinois as an Asbestos Inspector.
