The VA Central Iowa Health Care System is requesting a
contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and the necessary supervision in accordance with the
Statement of Work and all other solicitation attachments to replace the flooring in Operating Room #5 at the Des Moines VA Medical Center located at 3600 30th Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50310.
This solicitation is issued in accordance with Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Healthcare Information and Technology Act of 2006, Sections 502 and 503, as a set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.
All work is to be completed 120 calendar days after receiving the
