Amendment 0006
Question
Does the Government require the aircraft, or prefer the aircraft, to be based or positioned at a particular location? For urgent or after-hours missions, including Sundays and federal holidays, will the Government coordinate and fund the opening of the airfield and required air traffic control, fire/rescue, See PWS paragraph 3.2
security, ground-handling, and other support services? Please also clarify whether delays caused by airfield closure, PPR processing, or Government approval will be excluded from the contractor s required response-time calculation.
The PWS requires the contractor to transport the patient to Oahu and arrange ground ambulance transportation from the arrival airfield to the receiving hospital but does not identify the required
