Should offerors submit pricing for the base year only, or must separate pricing be provided for the base year and each of the four option years (e.g., CLINs 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001)? If option years must be priced, please clarify the required pricing schedule format and whether the total price including all option years will be evaluated for award. Key Clarification Items Included:

Government Response: The government is requesting pricing for the base year and ALL option years. Offers not providing a price for all options are non-responsive. The government has a choice later on if it chooses to exercise the option or not however the government wants the potential opportunity to satisfy the requirement for the next five years and due to fiscal year funding can only fund one year at a time.
