SEQ CHAPTER \h \r 1A. Regulatory Requirements
1. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the regulations, codes, and laws in effect at the time the work is performed for the location where it is to be performed.
Means and Methods
1. Means and methods used in the performance of this contract must be in accordance with all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations in addition to OSHA regulations, 29 Code of Federal Regulations, acceptable industry practices as recognized by societies, associations, building codes, manufacturers’ specifications and any applicable state safety and health requirements.
C.Permits
1.All permits required to support construction activities such as road permits for oversize, overweight vehicles and equipment, bridge permits, and utility hookup permits, shall be obtained and paid for by the Contractor.
