AMENDMENT 1

The purpose of this amendment is to provide Government responses to questions submitted by prospective Quoters and to clarify requirements under Solicitation No. W912BU26QA024. The combined synopsis/solicitation has been revised. Deleted text is shown with strikethrough formatting and added or revised text is shown in red font. The deadline for submission of quotations is extended to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday, November 23, 2026. Requests for Information (RFIs) and clarification requests are shown in black font; Government responses are shown in red font. Except as expressly revised by this amendment, all other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

1. In Schedule B – Base Year 1 – Line Item 15 shows a D6T ID # 1146. Out records show that’s a D3 Ser # XT504243. Can you confirm if our record is correct or incorrect? 1146 is a D3 Ser# XT504243, it is not a D6T.
2. In Schedule B – Base Year 1 – Line Item 19 shows a 935 Track Loader ID# 1613. Our records shows that a 953 Track Loader Ser # LBP02021. Can you confirm if our record is correct or incorrect? #1613 is Cat 953 track loader Ser #LBP02021. Your record is correct. 3.
