Addenda to FAR Clauses 52.212-1 and 52-212-2

This requirement is in support of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), which has a requirement for Hospital Communications Support Services.

To be accepted and eligible for evaluation, quotations must be prepared in compliance with these instructions and all the terms and conditions contained in this document.

The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.

All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be in writing, directed to Philip Atwell at [email protected]. Any further questions shall be submitted not later than October 7, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. The Offeror agrees to hold the price in its offer firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified on the Quote.

All Quotes are to be submitted electronically via email to [email protected] no later than October 28, 2026, 3:00 PM EST. Quotes shall be submitted in a format readable by, at a minimum, Microsoft Office 2011 programs.

Technical Approach
Submit a written narrative which demonstrates an understanding of the project and responsibilities and expected services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), not to exceed three (3) pages in length. Experience
Offerors are required to provide two (2), but no more than three (3) References for same or similar services completed withing the past three (3) years. Note: Provide past performance for projects similar in scope and complexity. Offerors are to include project dates, Point of Contact, Email address, Telephone number, Contract number, Annual Dollar value, Location and Time Period involved. Past Performance information should be for work performed within the past three (3) years. Any/all references received beyond the maximum number of years will not be evaluated. Contractors must submit pricing for all the CLINs using the SF1449 attached.

BASIS FOR AWARD.
The Government intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation. This is a commercial acquisition conducted under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Formal source selection procedures described in FAR Part 15 and the DoD Source Selection Procedures do not apply to this acquisition.
