P-084 Specifications Notes Regarding Additions/Deletions in Addendum 006: 00 01 05 New Sheet Index with additional sheets added per the steam bid alternate. 01 30 00 Administrative Requirements Section 1.9.1 has been revised to “45 calendar days” after award, for consistency with section 1.9.
01 33 00 Submittal Procedures Section 1.11 has been revised to "20 working days" for Contracting Officer review for consistency with the rest of the specification. 01 33 29 Sustainability Requirements and Reporting Specification attachment NAVFAC High Performance and Sustainable Building Checklist Project “Design Level” has been updated to “100%”. 02 41 00 Demolition and Deconstruction Specification has an added attachment, Building 1371 AUV Addition drawings containing existing stormwater dry swale design information, all pertinent information regarding this system is clouded.
02 82 00 Added Section 1.1 Hazardous Materials Summary Report which notes the hazardous material for the steam bid alternate. Also edited 1.4.1 Description of Work to note the hazardous materials associated with the steam bid alternate.
23 07 00 Edited to qualify piping insulation thicknesses and types.

Edited Section 1.3.5 Condensate piping design conditions for distribution piping have been updated to 150 psig at 250°F. Drawings:
