DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The Defense Logistics Agency – Energy (DLA Energy) issues this Request for Quotation (RFQ) SPE605-27-Q-0204, to solicit competitive quotes from qualified commercial sources on a Full and Open Competition basis for the procurement, handling, and delivery of refined petroleum products supporting U.S. Department of State (DOS) operations in Erbil, Iraq. The Government contemplates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) Requirements Type contract with a one (1) year base period and one (1) year option period. Quotes are requested for the following fuel products:
