Subject: Request for Quote – Hospital Communications Support Services

This is a request for quote announcement, issued by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) as part of its market research, on behalf of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, in accordance with FAR Part 16.202, Firm-Fixed-Price Contracts. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for the procurement of non-personal services to support the Hospital Communications Department and Executive Secretary Program at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC). Services include graphic design, multi-media production, public relations coordination, and routing of executive correspondence for a one (1) year base period, with two (2) option years. The Contractor provide personnel to fill the following positions: - 2 full time equivalent (FTEs) Graphic Designers
- 1 full time equivalent (FTE) Authored Works Review (Editor), - 1 full time equivalent (FTE) Writer and Author (Print Journalism), - 1 full time equivalent (FTE) Producer and Director (Video Production), - 1 full time equivalent (FTE) Public Relations Specialist, - 1 full time equivalent (FTE) Executive Secretariat Program Manager - Publications & Issuances

The Government will provide required equipment and software, including Government workstations, Adobe Creative Cloud or other design/editing software, video/photo production equipment, telephones, and access to required communication and content-management systems. Positions are full-time, designated Public Trust-Tier 2 (Moderate risk), and all work is 100% on-site at WRNMMC, with no telework.

The estimated cost of this procurement is $5,711,262.00. The NAICS code is 541611, / Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with a size standard of $24,500,000.00.
