STATEMENT OF BID ITEM(S)
A. ITEM I, GENERAL CONSTRUCTION: BASE BID Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete Project Number 657-26-602JC – Create Observation Unit, JC, in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications. All work shall be done in a first-class manner as inspected and approved by the COR.
B. Base Bid: CLIN 0001 - Bid Documents (Base bid all work). Period of Performance 550 calendar days.
C. Deduct Alternate 1: CLIN 0002 - all except the following Door #7 at Room H132 and all associated equipment and work to install this
NOTE: GUARANTEED PERIOD SERVICES- Will be awarded along with CLIN 0001. D. Guarantee Period Services CLIN 0003. Furnish complete inspection and maintenance service for a period of one (1) year after completion and acceptance of all services. This maintenance service shall run concurrent with the warranty.
