To be eligible for any evaluation and award vendors MUST be registered in SAM and otherwise not debarred from conducting business with the government. If you are having difficulty using or registering in SAM please notify the respective contracting officer and contract specialist for this effort. The government is not providing additional time for vendors to register themselves for this opportunity.
