renew if currently housed somewhere?

The RLP says the VA is looking for a
property with 138 parking stalls for a
clinic that is only 15,000 – 17,000 RSF.
That is an extra ordinarily high amount of
parking spaces for such a small clinic.
Can you check to make sure the parking
count is correct?

Will the agency please clarify if there is
an Exhibit titled "Net Utilities" and "New
Construction"? If so please provide
those documents.

Is TI Allowance at $150.00 per ABOA SF
correct?

Will the agency please consider amending
RLP Section 3.05 to increase the $150.00
per ABOA SF Allowance to an amount
more representative of the anticipated
cost of the required buildout?
Will the agency please clarify the correct

Section 4.01?
