GAOA Remove and Replace Roofing on Island Park Admin Site Housing Units The work includes tearing off 1 layer of metal roofing and disposing of the existing roofing. Supply and install new Flat Profile 1-3/4¿ Standing Seam Metal Roof Panels, 24 gauge. Install new Flashing, Trim, and Ridge Vent to Match. Entire underlayment will be self-adhering rubberized 40 mil asphalt felt. Removal of old soffit and fascia and replacement with Aluminum vented soffit and fascia to match. Roofing replacement will be done on 3 Bunkhouses, 3 Duplexes, and 4 Single-Family Homes. Fully replace skip sheathing on Dwelling 1103.
