APPENDIX A-2

EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS

The Existing Improvements described below includes, to the best of the Government's Actual Knowledge, approximate square feet, type of construction, year constructed, current tenants, date of last major renovations, and whether or not any facilities are designated as listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. The description of the Existing Improvements is only intended to be a general description of the Existing Improvements and it shall be the responsibility of the Qualified Lessee(s) to perform any due diligence investigations necessary to ascertain a more accurate description of the Existing Improvements.
The only existing improvements on this site is the installation boundary fence located on the north and east boundaries of the site. As part of this development, the fence will be relocated, at the sole cost and expense of the Lessee, along the southern boundary and a new fence constructed along the western boundary effectively fencing off the installation from the development. The existing fence along the north and east boundary can remain in place or be demolished by the developer at their discretion but at no time shall the boundary of the installation be open to the public. Removal of existing fence and construction of new base boundary fence shall be carefully coordinated with the installation security forces personnel.
