SPECIFICATION FOR FIELD HAT
HAT SPECIFICATION꞉ Old glory red 6 panel cotton chino blend twill cap. Structured mid profile pro crown. Curved visor. Pro‑stitched finish self material velcro back closure. 6 finished reinforced eyelets.
IMPRINTING꞉ Embroidered in white in polyester thread on the front shall be the USACE BUILDING STRONG LOGO. Embroidered in white in polyester thread on the back shall be EMERGENCY OPERATIONS.
PACKAGING꞉ All packages shall have a standard quantity of 25 hats per box. Box dimensions are 28'' x 9'' x 7'' (+‑ 1/4''). All cartons are to be new. Used cartons or re‑packaged cartons are unacceptable. All new cartons are to be single wall corrugated cartons and must meet Federal Specifications for domestic shipment. Corrugated materials are to be 1/4'' thick or heavier. Edge crush to meet a minimum of 32 lb/in, load 100 lb.
DELIVERY꞉ Delivery shall be made within 20 working days of receipt of the order.
SPECIFICATION FOR DURABLE WATER REPELLENT RAIN JACKET
JACKETSPECIFICATIONS ꞉ Old glory red made of 4 oz. 100% nylon DWR, micro porous plain weave waterproof breathable fabric. Single ply hood with drawstring. Red #5 coil full zipper front flap closure. Drawcord waist. No pockets. 2 eyelets underarm vents. 5 needle safety stitch construction. Reinforced zipper seams. Size and care contents in neck. IMPRINTING꞉ Iridesscent white print. USACE BUILDING STRONG LOGO on right chest. EMERGENCY OPERATIONS on the left chest centered off of the right chest print. USACE EMERGENCY OPERATIONS BUILDING STRONG LOGO on back (See below).
PACKAGING꞉ Jackets shall be boxed with each garment polybagged and size labels on each bag. All packages shall have a standard quantity of 25 jackets per box. Box dimensions are either 18'' x 14'' x 12'' or 22'' x 14'' x 10'' (+‑ 1/4''). All cartons are to be new. Used cartons or re‑ packaged cartons are unacceptable. All new cartons are to be single wall corrugated cartons and must meet Federal Specifications for domestic shipment. Corrugated materials are to be 1/4'' thick or heavier. Edge crush to meet a minimum of 48 lb/in, load 100 lb.
DELIVERY꞉ Delivery shall be made within 60 working days of receipt of the order.
