The contractor shall provide requested products to 309th SWEG located at Hill AFB, Utah. Please reference the attached Statement of Work for detailed specifications. (vii) Period of Performance and place:

The PoP shall be dependent upon the Base steam schedule, which is weather dependent. Design, specifications, material ordering and acquisition shall be accomplished before the steam shut off, typically April-May. Construction PoP shall be established as 60 days after the steam shut off. FOB Destination. Site Visit
As stated in the sources sought the Site Visit was 12 August at 0900 any contractor that was not at the site visit is not allowed to bid on this solicitation.
