I.A. Project Summary
The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Services (PBS), Acquisition Project Delivery Contracting Division-East, is issuing a solicitation for a technically qualified construction contractor representing the lowest price to furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to perform all work described by the contract documents, including drawings and specifications, for the "Massena Border Station Virtual Training Facility- Construction" project. The total building to be constructed is approximately 2400 Sq. Ft. plus the 600 Sq. Ft. Canopy for a total of 3000 Sq. Ft.
