In order to receive the Specifications and Drawings for this solicitation, you must complete Attachment 10, "Safeguarding and Dissemination of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Building Information." The completed CUI Form must be sent via email to [email protected].
The site visit will be held on October 15th, 2026 10-11am EST at the Massena Land Port of Entry, Rooseveltown, New York. All individuals who would like to attend must email [email protected] at least one day prior to the site visit to confirm their attendance. The site visit is not mandatory, but is encouraged. Questions are due via email to [email protected] by close of business on Friday, October 30th, 2026.
Bids are due Saturday, November 21st, 2026 by 5:00 pm EST. All proposals should be sent electronically via email to [email protected].
