Kautz Road Substation Construction, UIP Subproject 2-KRS Offerors must acknowledge this Amendment prior to the hour and date set forth in the solicitation by one of the following methods:

1. Immediately upon receipt of the amendment via email to the Procurement Specialist. 2. Return of the amendment with a signature on the acknowledgment signature line; or 3. In the Subcontractor's Proposal Letter that accompanies a Subcontractor's proposal. If by virtue of this Amendment you desire to change an offer already submitted, such change may be made by email making reference to the Solicitation and this Amendment, and it is received prior to the due date and time set for proposals. The above referenced Solicitation is amended as follows:

This Amendment is being issued to clarify the Pre-Proposal Meeting/Site Visit time and location: A Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit is scheduled for Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. Central Time in the One West Conference Room (WH1W) on the first floor of Wilson Hall. The meeting provides an opportunity to discuss and clarify the RFP. However, nothing said or represented in the meeting shall be deemed to modify RFP requirements unless followed by a written amendment. Offerors are requested to submit questions relative to the RFP in advance of the meeting so the Procurement Specialist may prepare responses. Offerors’ participation at this meeting is strongly recommended.

BUSINESS VISITOR REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Anyone attending the Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit(s) must fill out an Access Request form (see link below) at least seven (7) days before the scheduled date. Onsite access approvals are dependent on citizenship
