AoI - 5.1 KCS MHE Cold Environment Batteries

Commercial Solution Opportunity – Defense Commissary Agency (DECA) In accordance with the Commercial Opportunity Solution – Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), dated 01.21.2026, paragraph 5.0, the following specific requirement in support of AoI 5.1 Grow Sales is attached.
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking fourteen (14) new electric forklift batteries to replace the existing forklift batteries currently unable to hold a complete charge. The MHE is operated at our cold storage warehouse in Kaiserslautern in temperatures down to -32 Celsius. Additionally, the old existing batteries are to be removed and need to be disposed of in accordance with host nation requirements.
Our objective is to establish a one-time purchase award for thirteen (13) electrical forklift batteries type 24v 8TPzS 1000 Ah DIN-A for Still RX 50/15 with one 24v AQUAmatic 3.0 mounted and compatible cable set. One (1) electrical forklift battery type 48v 5 TPzs 625 Ah Din-B for a Still RX 20/16 including one 48v AQUAmatic 3.0 mounted and compatible cable set. Interested vendors with capability in providing material handling equipment battery solutions should submit their Commercial Solution Proposal (Phase 3) in accordance with section 3.4 Commercial Solution Proposals.
