AoI 5.5 - Hot Food Grab-n-Go Merchandiser

Commercial Solution Opportunity – Defense Commissary Agency (DECA) In accordance with the Commercial Opportunity Solution – Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), dated 10 April 2026, paragraph 5.0, the following specific requirement in support of AoI 5.5 Modernize Business is attached.
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking innovative, commercial approaches for commercial hot food, stand up, grab-n-go merchandisers in two different sizes and for several stores in the European area. This is a one-time purchase for commercial hot food, stand up, grab-n-go merchandisers with exterior dimensions W730 X D800 X H1750 mm and W1055 X D800 X H1750 mm. Dimensions may vary but height shall not exceed 1800 mm. The goal is to leverage industry best practices, modern technologies, and creative service models to improve reliability, accountability, and overall service quality for commercial Hot food, stand up, grab-ngo merchandisers. See attached list for delivery locations. Our objective is to establish a one-time purchase award for the two sizes of commercial hot food, stand up, grab-n-go merchandisers to increase sales through enhanced merchandiser marketing capabilities.
Interested vendors with proven expertise in commercial grocery equipment should submit their Solutions Brief in accordance with section 3.4 Commercial Solutions Proposals. Please pay attention to the requirement to submit your proposals in Two Volumes as outlined in section 3.4.
