PROGRAM OVERVIEW
1.1 Description of Agreement: This Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) is a written instrument of understanding, negotiated between the United States Air Force and the Contractor to provide construction services for a broad range of renovation and construction projects for the United States Air Force at RAF Feltwell, RAF Lakenheath, and RAF Mildenhall.
