In such cases, the contractor shall handle the data in accordance with the applicable license agreement. Any questions in regards to data rights and proprietary information shall be directed to the PCO.
By signing this document, the contractor acknowledges that LG-CSCI2 bid-set information may contain data that is subject rights guard and/or a license agreement and affirms that they will destroy all data released on the LG-CSCI2 bid-set discs, not later than 12 months after receipt.
