CERTIFICATE OF DESTRUCTION OR RETURN OF BOEING TECHNICAL DATA

under the Certification for the Use of Boeing Technical Data together with any materials in any form that incorporate, reference or contain any Boeing technical data, have been destroyed or returned to GOVERNMENT. SUPPLIER certifies that this represents all Boeing Technical Data in SUPPLIER'S possession or under its control, including subsequent copies made thereof, copies electronically stored or maintained, and any data or copies that SUPPLIER provided to third parties, except for that Boeing technical data obtained by it under separate direct license from Boeing. “Destruction” of the Boeing technical data shall encompass a method that protects the confidentiality of the proprietary data, and in this regard, SUPPLIER shall employ a method of destruction such as shredding or burning or otherwise rendering the media to a non-readable form.
