This document establishes uniform practices for the preparation and drafting of engineering drawings within the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC). This document is primarily based upon U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) drafting guidelines and the National Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Standard (NCS), modified to support complex telecommunications projects.
