APPENDIX A

1st Infantry Division
Functional Area: (Maintenance, Supply & Transportation) 1. The contractor shall provide the following maintenance services IAW the following PWS paragraphs 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.5, 5.6, and sub-paragraphs, and Annex A – Maintenance PRS.
2. The contractor shall provide supply services IAW PWS paragraphs 5.14.1, 5.14.2, and 5.19 and Annex B – Supply PRS, as pertinent to scope of work in support of tactical SSA operations.
3. The contractor shall coordinate and monitor property book transactions and associated transportation accounting code (TAC) requests due to high priority lateral transfers, equipment divestiture efforts and unit deployments and redeployments. 4. The contractor shall provide transportation services IAW PWS paragraphs 5.29 and sub paragraphs, and Annex C – Transportation PRS, as pertinent to 1st infantry division non-tactical vehicle fleet.
5. All work performed under this appendix will be reported on the corresponding CDRL reports: MMD-01 Maintenance Report, SS-01 Supply & Services Report, and ITD-01 Transportation Report.
