This specification establishes the design and performance requirements for a Low Self-Discharge (LSD), rechargeable and temperature controlled NickelMetal Hydride battery pack produced for the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS/BPH), Library of Congress, Digital Talking Book Machine (DTBM)
