We also have our contracting advisors, which is Jerry Dawson, Joe Callaham, and we also have Will Zimmerman here to assist us. First, I want to start by going over some of the rules and reminders.
The prebid conference. This prebid conference is being recorded. The slides, along

with the transcript and the question and answers will be posted on sam.gov. All questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer and broker by 4:00 PM.
On September the 12th, 2025 and that is Eastern Standard Time. Please reference the relevant RLP paragraph and section for your questions and those questions can be emailed to Jay Callahan.
