1. Conroe, TX OPC - 36C10F25R0048 – RLP Section 1.02 G shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
“The Lease Term Commencement Date will be upon acceptance of the Space. It is anticipated that Substantial Completion will not be more than
37 months from award.”
2. Conroe, TX OPC - 36C10F25R0048 – The Cover Page of the RLP and RLP Section 3.02 A.2. shall be amended with a new Due Date of November 7, 2025.
