C. Description: The purpose of this project is to replace flooring throughout VA Northern California Healthcare System (VANCHCS). This project involves replacing flooring, stair treads, and wall bases for three VA blgs. at McClellan Park The work will improve the VANCHCS facilities by updating approximately 43,000 SF square feet of flooring and related materials. The contractor will handle all demolition, asbestos testing and abatement, installation, and site coordination. Contractor will provide all, labor, equipment, supervision, materials, tools, transportation and incidentals to perform complete demolition, asbestos-contaminated material(ACM) surveying, testing, abatement, removal, disposal, replacement, and installation of all components indentifed in the statement of work, and attached specifications.
