Project Overview
This firm-fixed-price (FFP) construction project will replace flooring throughout VA Northern California Healthcare System (VANCHCS). This project involves replacing flooring, stair treads, and wall bases at three VA buildings in McClellan Park, California. The work will improve the VANCHCS facilities by updating approximately 43,000 square feet of flooring and related materials. The contractor will handle all demolition, asbestos testing and abatement, installation, and site coordination.
Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, supervision, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform complete demolition, asbestos‑contaminated material (ACM) surveying, testing, abatement, removal, disposal, replacement, and installation of all components identified in this statement of work and the attached specifications. Period of Performance: 160 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
