TITLE OF PROJECT:

Central Utility Building Addition and Renovation Construction, UIP Subproject 1-CUB Offerors must acknowledge this Amendment prior to the hour and date set forth in the solicitation by one of the following methods:

1. Immediately upon receipt of the amendment via email to the Procurement Specialist. 2. Return of the amendment with a signature on the acknowledgment signature line; or 3. In the Subcontractor's Proposal Letter that accompanies a Subcontractor's proposal. If by virtue of this Amendment you desire to change an offer already submitted, such change may be made by email making reference to the Solicitation and this Amendment, and it is received prior to the due date and time set for proposals. The above referenced Solicitation is amended as follows:

This Amendment is being issued to correct the badge access link provided in Amendment 1:

Anyone attending the Site Visit(s) anyone attending the Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit must fill out an Access Request form (see link below) at least seven (7) days before the scheduled date.
