This Offer may be accepted for a period of One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days after the opening date unless the offeror specifies a longer acceptance period than FFDG’s minimum requirement. The Subcontractor Annual Representations & Certifications (SARC) is made a part of this subcontract.
