Pricing Instructions
1. Quote a fixed unit price per acre for the base year and each option year. Identify unit prices with sufficient decimal precision to accurately calculate extended prices. A baseline of 70 acres per contract year is provided solely for quote evaluation so all offerors price the same quantity. Actual acreage authorized for treatment may vary based on available funding and BSA’s treatment priorities. The evaluation quantities do not constitute a commitment to purchase 70 acres each year.
2. Unit prices shall include all labor, supervision, equipment, equipment transportation, mobilization and demobilization, fuel, maintenance, safety compliance, required training, insurance, overhead, profit, and other costs necessary to complete the work. Separate charges or surcharges will not be accepted. 3. Pricing shall cover the complete treatment required by the Statement of Work, including mulching trees and snags in place and uniformly distributing the resulting material. Include all passes necessary to achieve the required treatment.
