Anticipated Period of Performance: The base
period shall commence upon execution of the
contract by both parties and continue through
March 1, 2027.
BSA may exercise four additional one-year option
periods by written modification at the applicable
contract unit prices:
Option Period 1: March 2, 2027–March 1, 2028
Option Period 2: March 2, 2028–March 1, 2029
Option Period 3: March 2, 2029–March 1, 2030
Option Period 4: March 2, 2030–March 1, 2031
Field treatments shall occur only within the
November 1–March 1 seasonal work window and
shall be completed by March 1 of the applicable
period. Exercise of options is at BSA’s unilateral
discretion.

(SUSC). A meeting invitation with location details
will be provided upon receipt of the company’s
RSVP.
