F37 LCW Statement of Work
This document includes 3 prints that shall be referenced for electrical work in the F37 mechanical room:

All material is to be procured by the subcontractor. Material shall include but is not limited to:

2x 100A NEMA 4X/12 disconnect switches with windows and load voltage indicators (Square D preferred)
GRC
Liquidtite
THHN Wire
18” ladder tray
6” ladder tray
VFD Cable (used for all VFD connections)

2 VFDs (ABB ASC580 series)

Circuit information shall be provided at a later date by Fermilab but all circuits will be fed from the F37 relay rack room. Circuit distances shall not exceed 50’. Some circuits are not shown on the attached prints (specifically the conduit prints) and will be tied to the final location of equipment (in that case no drawing # is indicated). The subcontractor will be responsible for coring and fire-stopping all required access holes. The successful bidder shall pull cable according to the attached IO list. Ethernet cable will be Commscope Cat6A and all other signals shall use Belden 8723. Junction boxes (4” x “4”) shall be provided near all Belden 8723 pulls to account for signal pigtail termination. A

¾” or larger EMT stub out shall be provided to the nearest signal tray for all signal junction boxes.
