Introduction
This Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) describes the processes used by the Military Health System (MHS) employees and support staff to establish DHA Learning Management System (LMS) user account profiles, maintain and manage an existing user accounts, outline the duties and responsibilities of unit training mangers (TM) / training coordinators (TC), and request help desk support. The DHA Learning Management System (LMS) is hosted by Joint Knowledge Online (JKO), hereafter referred to as the DHA LMS. Intended users of this SOP include, but are not limited to, all personnel assigned to or working within the Military Health System (MHS)
