Amendment to Solicitation 15B41826Q00000005 – Updated Statement of Work and Request for Quote

Good morning,

Due to the volume of questions received regarding this solicitation, the Statement of Work (SOW) and Request for Quote (RFQ) have been reworked and updated. The revised documents incorporate responses to most of the questions submitted on the previous versions.

As a result, a separate question-and-answer document will not be issued at this time. Please review the updated SOW and RFQ for the information needed to prepare your quotation. We hope these revisions clarify the requirements and address any previous inconsistencies.

If, after reviewing the updated documents, you find that relevant questions remain, please feel free to reach out, and I will do my best to provide clarification.

The due date for submitting quotations is November 02, 2026, before 11:00 AM EST. As always, all available information and updates will be posted on SAM.gov. Please submit all quotations to [email protected].
