Magnitude of Construction-- Between $0.00 and $1,000,000.00. Payment Protections
o If a quote is over $35,000, the quoter will be required to provide one of the two alternate payment protections if awarded the Purchase Order:  A payment bond
 An irrevocable letter of credit (ILC)
o Scanned copies are acceptable; however, the contractor must hold the original copies and submit if requested.
Period of performance is 120 calendar days after issuance of NTP Per FAR 52.222-6 Construction Wage Rate Requirements apply and must be adhered to— provided as an attachment
o Any WD updates will be provided via amendment.

No questions will be answered today; however, any questions generated from today’s visit may be submitted as previously mentioned.
o All answers will be published to SAM.gov via an amendment. o Any questions submitted not as instructed above may go unanswered. o You are instructed specifically to contact only the Contracting Officer issuing the solicitation about any aspect of this requirement prior to award. Not the COR. Quote Due Date: November 3, 2026, at 10 AM (CT)
o Quotes shall be submitted IAW the instructions provided within the solicitation under Quote Submission Documents and Delivery of Quotes sections. Quotes not following these specific instructions may be rejected.
