Project Location: Joint Base Lindsey Graham, SC
This requirement is for a multiple award Facility Enhancement and Maintenance (FEM), Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The scope encompasses three primary service categories: Protective Coating, Floor Covering, and Miscellaneous Maintenance and Repairs. See Section J, Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW) for detailed contract requirements.
NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. IN THE EVENT THE GOVERNMENT CANCELS THIS SOLICITATION, THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS. IDIQ Ceiling: $5,000,000.00/year; $27,500,000.00 total
Minimum Guarantee: $2,000.00 to be satisfied through attendance of the post-award conference.
