This requirement is for a multiple award Facility Enhancement and Maintenance (FEM), Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The scope encompasses three primary service categories: Protective Coating, Floor Covering, and Miscellaneous Maintenance and Repairs. See Section J, Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW) for detailed contract requirements.

11. The contractor shall begin performance within 30 calendar days and complete it within 365 calendar days after receiving award,
